Great Customer Service

Last year I got a new iPhone and an Otterbox to go with it - neither are quite a year old.  My Otterbox has started tearing on the silicone outside part.  I checked at cell phone repair stores to see if I could get just the silicone case, but no luck.  They suggested I email the company.



Pretty sad - if you tried to talk, you got part of the cover stuck in your ear.

I asked the company if I could buy a silicone cover.  Otterbox sent me a whole new cover FOR FREE!  That is good customer service!  I wrote them a thank you letter and let them know I would be sharing this with everyone.  Not all companies are this good to their customers.

  1. I love my OtterBox. It saves my phone at least twice a day. Glad to know they stand behind the product if I ever need them.

  2. my cousin works at Otterbox out in Ft. Collins CO. thats the HQ for them. and she says working for them is fantastic. great enviorment, doesnt feel like "work". my husband and i just received our Otterboxes on Monday, and we love them.

    ps. im not ignoring your email, just have to sit down and write back :] defiantly been busy and want to schedule real soon :]
